Frits Dunki-Jacobs, Founder Frits started his Information Technology career starting steamship and intermodal software company Compusoft Technology in 1984. In 1993, Frits' experience as a CIO showed him that there was an unmet need for extraordinary quality, customized training in the the IT industry and he started Focal Point, Inc. Frits' philosophy focuses on addressing each clients needs by making a point to really understand them and design solutions that exactly meet their requirements. Always "Passionate" and "Innovative" about what he does, Frits brings a "Special Energy" to the Training and Consulting Industry!

Robert Dunki-Jacobs, Executive Vice President Robert has over 35 years of industry experience as a technical and business development leader with GE and Johnson and Johnson. Since 2007, Mr. Dunki-Jacobs has been President of Xi Technology, LLC, medical device business development consultancy. As Business Development Director for J & J, he brought outstanding business transactions to senior management at multiple J & J family companies. While at GE's Corporate Research & Development Center, Robert was involved with special purpose computing architecture, operating system and computer language development.

Kerry Dunki-Jacobs, Vice President, Sales & Marketing Kerry has over 25 years of experience in strategic marketing, product marketing, sales, and business development. She has launched successful service and product companies in California, Oregon and Ohio. Kerry has delivered professional services and quality products to clients in the large-format graphics, interior design, furniture manufacturing, banking, insurance, and personal concierge industries. Kerry is an experienced brand developer and manager. Her clients included Adidas, Nike, Portland Trailblazers, University of Oregon, Paragon Innovations, eTrade, and Johnson & Johnson.
