Course Audience
This seminar is designed for those who require the use of advanced formulas and formatting, need to access information that is not PC-based, or need to set up reports that other users will access and run.
Course Description
This two day information-packed seminar provides a hands-on look at some of the advanced features within Crystal Reports. It should prove of value to developers and managers who need to access non-PC based information or design reports for other users.
The course opens with a review of Crystal Report fundamentals which include but are not limited to creating a basic report, adding and linking databases, and creating formulas. In addtion to the review of basic concepts, topics on creating multiple sections, conditional formats, advanced formulas, and subreports. These advanced features and others will provide the ability to further customize the presentation of data as well as adapability to changing data and users.
The seminar includes demonstrations of the Crystal SQL Designer and advanced formula and Crystal dictionary creation. Seminar attendees will be provided with comprehensive notes and programming examples.
